Workdev INC is a DC nonprofit dedicated to empowering at-risk youth by providing the guidance, skills, and opportunities they need to build successful and meaningful futures. al. Through mentorship, life-skills training, educational support, and workforce development programming, we work to equip young people with the tools necessary to overcome challenges and make positive choices. Our programs focus on building confidence, responsibility, leadership, and practical skills that prepare youth for adulthood.

We partner with families, schools, community leaders, and local organizations to create impactful programming that addresses the real needs of the communities we serve.
